The Council of Owners and Construction Associates is a local Construction Users Council.

Owner/User members include the major industrial and utility firms, located in Southwestern Illinois, who procure significant construction and maintenance services.

Construction Associate members include construction companies, design and engineering firms, equipment and materials suppliers, and firms which provide other services necessary to insure safe, well-managed, high-quality, cost-effective construction projects in the Owner/User's facilities.

COCA is located at 2812 North Center Street, Maryville, Illinois (about 15 miles east of downtown St. Louis).

Primary member services include:

Quarterly luncheon meetings with prominent speakers.

Periodic, professional conferences featuring locally, nationally and internationally well-known speakers.

Safety Training programs, including:

	OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety & Health
	Trenching & Shoring Competent Person

We encourage members to submit suggestions for future programs and trainings.  To do so, simply fill out our suggestion form.

COCA also provides contractual, labor agreement information including wage and benefit summaries to its' members.
